Shipping + Returns
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once shipped, please allow approx. 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. (Please allow more time for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, and International APO/FPO addresses).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE SOME DELAY IN TRANSIT TIMES WITH SHIPPING DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF SHIPMENTS AS A RESULT OF COVID19.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders of $50 or more before applicable taxes and after any discounts.
Order Cancellation or Changes:
We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. Unfortunately, NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy.
Returns + Exchanges:
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID19 AND OUT OF CONCERN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF SAFETY WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT MAILED RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER ISSUE SO WE CAN WORK WITH YOU.
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and contact us for pre-paid return label. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead.
Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. At this time, we are not able to refund orders/items that have not been marked as delivered to Root Natural Soap.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. At this time, we do not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.
